Ian Wright has urged Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge to leave Anfield and revitalise his career elsewhere.
The England international, who joined the Reds in 2013 from Chelsea, has struggled to make an impact for Jurgen Klopp this season.
Operating primarily from the bench, Sturridge has only scored two Premier League games in 13 games for Liverpool during a difficult spell for the 27-year-old.
The ex-Manchester City forward has been linked with a January switch in order to revive his career and Wright believes a move abroad could help.
‘He should go somewhere else to revitalise himself,’ Wright, 53, told The Sun.
‘I’m not sure if that will happen in this country. He’s been at all the top teams but Arsenal.
‘You look at it and think somewhere like PSG that he might look at.
‘I think he is fantastic. He is a super player. It isn’t going to happen for him at Liverpool.’
